Job Summary

O/A Primo Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all construction personnel.
  • Cost Management: Estimate and manage project costs to ensure they are within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a construction management role.
Working Conditions

The Construction Supervisor will work on various construction sites, both indoors and outdoors. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
