The starting salary range for this position falls within $80,067 - $100,083. This home/remote based role requires regular travel throughout the Vancouver Coastal Region, with occasional visits to other locations as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to work autonomously while accessing guidance from directors and executives when required. Your extensive research and analytical experience will be invaluable in completing projects and initiatives that drive positive change in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to engage stakeholders, facilitate knowledge sharing, and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance patient care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including health authorities, facilities, and physicians
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide timely reports to ensure effective project management

Requirements:

  • A graduate university degree and/or a recognized professional designation in a specialized field, with up to six years of progressive experience; or equivalent level of related work experience in-lieu of post-secondary education
  • Detailed knowledge of health regions, current issues, and trends, with experience working with health authorities, facilities, and physicians preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and comprehensive reports and other documents
