Rental Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demands.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our team members, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing conflicts.
- Prepare Reports: Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize stock turnover.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate our team members to achieve exceptional results, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Rural area, rental agency, and retail business.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- 1 year to less than 2 years: Permanent position, 40 hours per week, English language.
