Job Title: Rental Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Manager to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a Rental Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental agency, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a rural area and travel to different locations.
