Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our rental agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
Work Environment:
  • Rural area with public transportation available.
  • Rental agency with a dynamic and supportive team.

  • Criminal record check required.
