Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers is seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay connected with team members and understand their needs
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
