Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to provide hands-on support and guidance
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized support
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
