The Opportunity

Canopy Growth is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and engage with the community in the new recreational cannabis market.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounts in the assigned territory and establish Canopy Growth as a first choice partner with customers.
  • Create brand awareness and community engagement within the given territory.
  • Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into consumer loyalty and sales.
  • Effectively manage the given territory, ensuring all administration records and information is up to date.
  • Effectively lead industry and brand education sessions with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, category management, or trade marketing.
  • Proven track record of working remotely and independently.
  • Experience in beverage alcohol or relatable industries is an asset.
  • Clean driver's abstract.
  • Technologically savvy individual who is comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
