We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Elk + Avenue Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
Culinary LeadershipSupervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and cuisine.
Food Quality and SafetyEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage our kitchen inventory to minimize waste and optimize our culinary operations.
Team CollaborationWork closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Skills and QualificationsProven track record of menu planning and execution, culinary leadership, and team management.
Personal QualitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
