About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Employment and Labour Law team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing employment and labour law issues, drafting and reviewing documents, and collaborating with senior lawyers to develop practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze employment and labour law issues to develop a deep understanding of the law
Draft and review documents, including briefs and memoranda
Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop practical solutions to complex employment and labour law issues
Identify legal issues and develop effective strategies to address them
Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

Junior Associate, called to the Bar in 2024 and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Interest in practicing Employment and Labour Law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
