Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KOR Korean Street Food. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that we meet our quality control standards.
- Manage our inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with our management team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve our operations and customer experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
