Food Service Team Lead

We are a dynamic and growing food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player
