About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SAINATH FOOD LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Supervisory Experience: Proven track record of supervising and coordinating staff in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and management.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Ability to motivate and develop staff, providing ongoing training and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
