We are a dynamic and growing food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Transportation and Travel: Utilize public transportation to travel to and from work, as well as to attend meetings and training sessions.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and be able to lift and move objects as required.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and possess a client-focused attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
