Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team at J. Sterling Industries, a leading contract manufacturer and assembler of medical devices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead medium to large scale programs, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary customer contact, developing a clear understanding of all customer standards and scope of work.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure program success.
  • Lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders, applying best practices and communicating effectively to higher management levels.
  • Solve issues through information exchange and influence, gaining cooperation from other functions on program objectives and plan execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience, with full product lifecycle understanding and various technology methodologies supporting that lifecycle.
  • Medical device product development experience (Class 2 or 3) and a strong understanding of FDA, ICH, and IEC standards.
  • Proven Operations experience with depth of knowledge in at least two Operations functions and Program Management experience.
Working Relationships

The successful candidate will establish strong working relationships with the Operations Department, Quality Department, customers, and suppliers.

Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
