Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at NP Financial. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office services, administering policies and procedures, and providing support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff.
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
