Evertz, a leading global provider of professional equipment for the broadcast, film, and postproduction industries, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join its team.

  • Support a team of Account Managers in the sales process by providing administrative assistance, including preparing quotes and managing multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to prepare quotes and analyze data from various databases to support the Sales team.
  • Manage project files, client records, and prepare reports and documentation, such as letters.
  • Assist in researching and preparing data to support the Sales team.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • College education in a related field, such as Business or Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of office administrative experience and 0-1 year of sales/service sector experience.
