Key Responsibilities
  • Present and deliver technical accelerators to customers remotely
  • Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
  • Participate in the development of new technical accelerators
  • Engage with customers' requests and provide technical guidance
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global team members
  • Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven technical and business process experience in leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations
  • Experience with ITOM/ITAM and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude
  • Prepared to study for and obtain ServiceNow certifications
