Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan for projects, including project management, accounting, and budgeting.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations and provide support to team members.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, integrity, and team player.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent Full-time Position: We offer a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- English Language: We require English language proficiency for this role.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 44 hours per week.
