Job Title: Business Services Officer

Wearealldgirls inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Business Services Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and administering policies and procedures related to record release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release, including processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating office operations.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a business services or administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
