Business Services Officer

Wearealldgirls inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our business operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to resolve conflict situations, monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: 30 to 44 hours per week.
