Job Responsibilities
  • Implement new vendor-managed agreements at customer sites.
  • Replenish shop supplies through automated dispensing machines or other forms of vendor-managed inventory.
  • Provide on-site assistance with products and equipment.
  • Act as Tenaquip's sales liaison when on-site.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and make adjustments as needed.
  • Operate vending machine software and scanning equipment.
  • Perform maintenance of vending machines.
  • Follow up on sales requests and enter quotes.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and technical abilities.
  • Product knowledge is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent time management skills.
