Job Description

The Key Account Director, On Premise plays a critical role in driving business growth by developing and executing plans with multi-unit Key Accounts within Foodservice. This individual contributes to volume, share, and distribution goals by building strong relationships and delivering compelling business plans.

This leader drives annual strategic business planning initiatives and supports the development and sales process of the greater Key Account team. They must have exceptional sales, business, and financial acumen with proven success in complex negotiations, joint business plan development, problem-solving, forecasting, program development, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business plans with multi-unit Key Accounts
  2. Drive annual strategic business planning initiatives
  3. Support the development and sales process of the greater Key Account team
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports
