Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Lealin Ltd - McDonalds Restaurant. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
