Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at HFX FOODHUB INC.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset

Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
