We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Pazzo Pizzeria and Cafe Bouffon. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff to join our kitchen team, and manage kitchen operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
