Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and manage a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring quality control standards are met.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Develop and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, as well as prepare budget and cost estimates.

Ensure Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Oversee food and service quality, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and standing for extended periods.
