About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
    • Collaborate with department heads to align business objectives and ensure effective communication
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support business objectives
    • Make informed decisions regarding investments and resource utilization
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in external forums, building relationships with key stakeholders and partners
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to senior staff
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address gaps
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
