We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Ben's Building Materials Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, resolving product and service-related problems, conducting performance evaluations, and providing customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members
- Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach
The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- College/CEGEP education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
