About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting business objectives.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked store environment.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Work Environment

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a diverse team of staff members. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
