- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to staff members, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting business objectives.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked store environment.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a diverse team of staff members. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
