Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Ben's Building Materials Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, resolving product and service-related problems, conducting performance evaluations, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail business setting and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members
  • Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail business setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
