About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ACD Electric & Plumbing Ltd. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 customer service representatives
    • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operations
    • Co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team
    • Ensure that all customer service representatives are meeting their performance targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service metrics and team performance
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
