Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the latest tech products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales performance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of store operational performance
Requirements
  • Possess a passion for tech, telecommunications, and sales
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an asset
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus (French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai, and more)
