Job Title: Director of Business Development

Sodexo Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our Campus and Universities Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the food and facilities management services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage internal relationships to ensure solutions meet client needs
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the food and facilities management services sector
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with sales database management systems (CRM)
