Job Title: Office Administrator

At Quesada Burritos and Tacos, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office staff and provide feedback for improvement
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
