The estimated salary for this position is $93,000 - $123,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
This exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Bulkley Valley District Hospital. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will provide pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health, assessing and recommending individualized treatments. You will act as the primary resource for drug information, education, and expert advice to healthcare professionals, ensuring safe, effective, rational, legal, and economic use of drugs. Your workload records and statistics will be maintained accurately, reflecting your commitment to excellence in patient care.
Shift Rotation/Hours of Work:
Thursday, Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Completion of a Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or a combination of at least one year of hospital experience and advanced education courses.
- Active membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists is encouraged.
