Job Summary
Railway terminal coordinators play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of transportation systems. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, and providing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Monitor and coordinate personnel assignments to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate activities with vehicle operators, crews, and equipment

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a similar capacity is preferred but not required. The salary range for this position is approximately $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week.
