At DYK POST, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

About the Role

The Support Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members, arranging seminars and conferences, supervising other workers, and managing contracts. You will also be tasked with determining office procedures and routines, responding to employee questions and complaints, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences as required.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Quick Books, Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
