Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jaiswal Financial Services Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and maintaining records, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
- Financial Management: Assist with budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently
