As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our stores and ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Leader in managing store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail leaders to provide support and resources as needed, ensuring a consistent and exceptional client experience across all locations.
- Communicate effectively with client ambassadors to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in implementing processes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to client ambassadors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, including process management experience such as inventory control.
- Strong communication, listening, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Hourly Pay Range: $22.96.
