Retail Operations Director

As a key member of Abdul Qadir Jillani Services I, the Retail Operations Director will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of organizational policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in managing resources, coordinating regional teams, and establishing objectives for the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources, authorizing department establishment, and coordinating regional work. They will also establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Reporting to the top management, the Retail Operations Director will supervise a team of 3-4 people and work closely with middle managers, directors, and other executive staff. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Abdul Qadir Jillani Services I offers a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to grow professionally.
