Retail Sales Manager Job Description
At Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa, we are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail operations, including sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily retail operations, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our retail operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and Organize: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales and customer service goals, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and appealing to customers.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of our retail operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
