Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operations of our Home Centres, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve financial results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in retail store operations, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving financial results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
