We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join our team at Lifemark's Home and Community Care division, Community Advantage Rehabilitation (CAR). As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for completing Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments throughout the province of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Personal Care Assessments, Home Safety Assessments, Home Accessibility Assessments, and Mobility A and B assessments in the residential homes of injured workers.
  • Collaborate with clients to schedule assessments at their convenience.
  • Work independently to complete assessments and provide recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer) certification for mobility assessments.
