Job Summary

Staff Now Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Employment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the job and company standards.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, including job descriptions, salary ranges, and benefits.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to meet business needs.
  • Selection and Examination Boards: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Job Offer and Onboarding: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Staffing Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Termination of Employment: Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate the termination of employment process.
  • Staff Training and Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training and development programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Personnel Administration: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties to ensure accurate and efficient personnel administration.

Experience
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
  • Permanent Employment: Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English language proficiency is required.
