Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. Your expertise in identifying trends, developing effective marketing strategies, and coaching sales teams will be invaluable in driving regional sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Fostering strong relationships with sales consultants, representatives, and customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  2. Conducting regular site visits to GTA locations, providing coaching and guidance to ensure optimal store performance.
  3. Preparing comprehensive reports on sales performance, leveraging available metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
  4. Mentoring sales representatives through personalized coaching sessions, focusing on skills development and performance improvement.
