About LG Electrical & Engine Specialists Ltd

We are seeking an experienced operations director to join our team at LG Electrical & Engine Specialists Ltd. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of regions, divisions or departments and establishing objectives for the organization. They will also formulate or approve policies and programs, represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.

Responsibilities
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Supervision

The successful candidate will supervise a team of 11-15 people and be responsible for their development and performance.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and initiative
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at our office location. The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
