Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Supervise staff, train staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality service and a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work 40-48 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
