Supervisor Opportunity at Tim Hortons

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and ensuring optimal team member coverage.
  • Ensure all restaurant policies are followed during the shift, including cash policies, meal and break policies, and food safety policies.
  • Comply with and enforce all Tim Hortons Operational, Always Fresh, and Food Safety standards.
  • Complete all required shift documentation and follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
  • Display a "Guests are first" attitude and lead by example to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Help the Restaurant Manager control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
  • Help solve operational and service issues in a timely manner, along with training, coaching, and follow-ups with team members and management.
  • Assist in evaluating team members, identifying training needs, problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure best practices and training systems are implemented consistently across the restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, preferably Tim Hortons.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest service-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Demonstrate a passion for leading, coaching, and serving the team.
