Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with frequent walking and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
